The Pucheng 700,000 t/a Coal-to-Olefin Project Completion and Acceptance Convention was held in the conference room of the training center of Pucheng Clean Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. on December 21, 2017, at which, experts invited to review and check the trial run results concluded unanimously that the project had demonstrated its full compliance to the design and can be accepted.

The Pucheng project is one of the multi-billion coal chemical projects contracted on EPC basis by Hualu in recent years. Hualu was awarded the EPC contracts for boilers, coal gasification and methanol plants on February 16, 2012, started construction at site on May 2, 2012, commissioned the boilers on February 25,2014 and the gasifiers on October 26, 2014 and produced on-spec methanol on November 20. 2014. During the subsequent period from April 2015 to December 2017, the Client organized and completed acceptance of eight items, i.e. environmental protection, energy saving, safety, fire prevention, water and soil conservation, occupational health, quality and archive, and bringing the Project to Final Acceptance on December 21, 2017.
